A Gentle Start: Reflections from Day One

Peace of Paradise has officially reopened!

The day didn’t unfold exactly as planned, 

but it reminded me of something important:

growth rarely looks like perfection.

There’s a quiet kind of pride in 

watching things finally come together —

the website I built myself, the packaging, the studio I am still covered in paint from, 

the small details that carry the story forward.

BUT THEN seeing Peace of Paradise shared by Bento KY was a moment!

New beginnings, new eyes are finding us, one post at a time.

Still, the day had its own challenges: 

a few hours of sleep, last-minute fixes, and the realization that not everything can (or should) be “perfect” on launch day.

GRIT, I got that.

I show up, even when the space is unfinished and the to-do list is long.

This week, the focus shifts from rushing to refining 

taking the time to finish the studio, reset the workspace, and prepare for what’s next.

Because every new piece is crafted to reflect Cayman in a new form.
