This website and all of its content, including all designs, photographs, paintings, jewellry, graphics, logos, text, and other materials (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are the sole and exclusive property of Peace of Paradise 345, a registered sole trader in the Cayman Islands.

The original designs featured on this website are the intellectual creation of the artist, designer, and founder, Tiffany LeAnn Conolly.

 

These designs are protected by copyright law in the Cayman Islands and internationally under applicable treaties.

2. Copyright Protection
All original artistic works, including the specific designs, arrangements, and visual aesthetics of our necklaces, rugs, pillows and other designs, are automatically protected by copyright upon their creation.
